2. Service Description

AMLbot AI Pro is a blockchain AML risk intelligence platform that provides automated wallet risk assessment and compliance verification services. The Platform utilizes blockchain technology and smart contracts for secure operations across supported networks.

    AMLbot AI Pro does not provide financial advice.
    All cryptocurrency transactions carry inherent risk. Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions.
  

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws and regulations.

4. Wallet Connection & Verification

The Platform requires wallet connection via the WalletConnect protocol for verification and trading purposes. By connecting your wallet:

You authorize the Platform to read your public wallet address and transaction history.
You may be required to approve smart contract interactions for verification.
Standard blockchain network fees apply to all on-chain operations.
Private keys never leave your wallet device.

5. Privacy & Data

    NO KYC REQUIRED — NO PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED.
    AMLbot AI Pro uses a privacy-first architecture. Only publicly available on-chain data is utilized.
  

No personal identification documents are collected or stored.
No private keys, seed phrases, or passwords are accessed.
Session data is processed in real-time and not retained.
Wallet addresses and transaction data are publicly available on the blockchain.

6. Supported Networks

The Platform currently supports the following blockchain networks:

TRON (TRC-20) — USDT and native TRX
Ethereum (ERC-20) — USDT and native ETH
BNB Chain (BEP-20) — USDT and native BNB

7. Fees & Costs

Wallet connection and verification are free of charge.
On-chain operations require standard network gas fees.
Trading fees may apply as specified on the Platform.
Network fees vary based on blockchain congestion and are not controlled by AMLbot AI Pro.

8. Risks & Disclaimers

Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and can result in significant financial loss.
Smart contract interactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
The Platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
AMLbot AI Pro is not responsible for losses resulting from blockchain network issues, wallet software bugs, or user error.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Use the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing.
Attempt to manipulate or interfere with Platform operations.
Use automated systems to access the Platform without authorization.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMLbot AI Pro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

AMLbot AI Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
